Google Business Profile Management: Service Terms

1. What's included

Month one: we review and optimize your Google Business Profile (business info, categories, services, description, hours, and photos you provide), set up or update your business information on Bing Places and Apple Business Connect, and check that your name, address, phone number, and hours match on Facebook and Yelp. We also run a before-and-after check of how your business appears in AI search tools.

Every month after: we reply to your Google reviews, publish 2 to 4 Google posts, upload new photos you send us, update holiday or changed hours across your listings, and send you a one-page monthly report.

2. Price and billing

The Service costs $75 per month. There is no setup fee. You'll be billed automatically each month to the payment method you provide through Stripe until you cancel.

3. Three-month minimum

Your subscription has a minimum term of three monthly billing periods. If you cancel before the minimum term is complete, billing continues until all three months have been paid. After the first three months, the Service continues month to month.

4. Cancelling

To cancel, email john@clearpointautomation.com. After the minimum term, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us manager access to your Google Business Profile and any other listings we manage, provide accurate business information and photos, and let us know about changes to your hours, services, or contact details. You confirm you have the right to manage these listings and to share any photos you send us.

6. Review replies

We reply to reviews on your behalf in a professional, friendly tone. If there's a review you'd like to handle yourself, such as a complaint or dispute, let us know and we won't reply to it. You can ask us to edit or remove any reply we've posted.

7. No guaranteed results

We do the work described above, but we don't control Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, Facebook, or any AI tools. We can't guarantee search rankings, map placement, appearance in AI search results, calls, reviews, or revenue. These platforms can change their rules, features, or your listing at any time, including suspending listings for reasons outside our control.

8. Ownership and access

You own your business listings and all content on them. When the Service ends, we'll remove our manager access, and you keep everything.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ClearPoint's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price or these terms. Changes apply from your next billing period after that notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
