Our services
We design and build small-business websites for $300 and provide monthly website maintenance for $100/month. Maintenance covers updates, small changes, and keeping the site running. The agreed scope, content, and any work outside that scope should be confirmed before work starts.
Payments and renewals
Payments are processed through Stripe in US dollars. The website checkout combines the $300 build and first $100 month of maintenance: $400 initially, then $100/month. The optional Google Business Profile SEO add-on is $75/month with no setup fee; adding it brings the initial payment to $475 and ongoing payments to $175/month. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled under the applicable service terms.
Google Business Profile service
The Google Business Profile SEO service includes profile setup and optimization and ongoing management at $75/month, with no setup fee. Its three-month minimum and cancellation rules are described in the Google Profile Service Terms. Those service-specific terms govern that service.
Your information and approvals
Please provide accurate business details, content, photos you have permission to use, and access needed for the work. Review the website and let us know what needs correcting before launch. Delivery depends on the agreed scope, receiving your materials, and your approval; a delivery date is agreed for each project.
Website maintenance cancellation

Website ownership and handoff
You keep the rights you already hold in the business information, photos, and content you supply. Ownership of the completed website, design, and files, and any handoff arrangements: [WEBSITE OWNERSHIP AND HANDOFF TERMS]. Any third-party software or assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Results and third-party services
We do not guarantee search rankings, customer inquiries, sales, or revenue. Stripe and search/listing platforms operate under their own terms. Their availability and decisions are outside our control.
Changes and legal rights
Notice for changes to website-service prices or these general terms: [TERMS CHANGE NOTICE]. New Jersey law applies. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
